We appreciate your patience as we work to contact all our patients who have missed appointments over the past few months. We will be contacting all patients whose appointments were missed during the COVID-19 closures starting with patients seeking urgent and emergent treatment.
The safety of our patients has always been our top priority. We are following all CDC, ADA, OSHA, and New York State Department of Health guidelines. As such, our staff will be wearing enhanced PPE for your safety and theirs.
· N95 and surgical masks
· Hair caps
· Face shields, surgical gowns, and gloves.
· Each treatment area has been updated with HEPA air filters and exhaust fans to prevent the transmission of aerosol sprays.
· Everything in the treatment areas will be covered with barriers. These are changed between each patient.
To limit interactions within the office, we will be seeing one hygiene patient at a time and following strict regulations on cleaning between patients.
Patients are always asked to wear a mask or face covering when in the office, except when being treated.
We are implementing pre-screening protocols prior to your next appointment and at the time of your next appointment. You will either be called to be screened or will receive an email with a pre-screening questionnaire.
It is essential that you confirm your appointment and fill out the questionnaire right away. Failure to confirm your appointment will result in a cancelled appointment.
